The show centres around a British mouse who works as a super hero/secret agent. The show is a loose paradoy of British Spy Fiction, particularly James bond and the Danger Man series starring Patrick McGoohan. Some influence clearly also came from the shelock Holmes novels of Sir Arthur Conan-Doyle, as seen in references such as location of his post box home (Baker Street) and his attitude to his bumbling, Watson-like assistant Penfold. In the English language version, the hero was voiced by David Jason.
